Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days in Netherlands after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostNL, GLS or own carriers. For other EU countries parcels are delivered within 3-5 days.
If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We can ship the products in Benelux and in most the EU countries
For orders above € 25,- you have reduced shipping costs, and the FREE delivery in NL start with order of € 55,-.
Netherlands
Order below € 25 : € 6,95
Between € 25 and € 55 : € 5,45
From € 55 : FREE
For Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and other EU countries see calculated shipping costs in the order process.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees might vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you are not happy with the products or you simply made a mistake in your order you can return the products within 20 days,
The products returned have to be intact and not opened. If that is the case you will receive a refund with 5 working days or you can choose for a gift voucher. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
